Sunday School

Making Disciples

We are convinced that people of all ages learn something new in Sunday School, whether you're hearing it for the first time or the 99th time. That's because the Bible is "living and active" and useful for "teaching...and for training in righteousness." Each time we study Scriptures, we encounter God's revelation to us through His Word and by His Spirit -- because "no one comprehends the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God."

Sunday School is the primary disciple-making activity at Bell's Campground for all age groups.
Classes begin at 9:30am every Sunday.

Preschoolers

Lower level of Worship Center, Rooms S-17, S-18, S-19
Our youngest disciples, ages birth through 4 years, are learning to be secure despite separation anxiety and making new friends with other children and caregivers alike. While they may not be ready to respond to the Gospel, their young minds are beginning to grasp big truths about Jesus.

Our infant room (S-18) is furnished with age-appropriate toys, cribs, a changing table, and rocking chairs.

The toddler room (S-19) has a bathroom for potty training and lots of educational toys for inquisitive minds and active hands.

Childcare is available for this age group during the morning worship service.

Room S-17 is a nursing lounge with video feed of the worship service for mothers and babies.

Grades K - 2

As children learn to read and comprehend, Bible literacy is a fundamental step in discipleship.

We use Lifeway's The Gospel Project curriculum and materials to teach young learners how every story in the Bible points to Jesus. Lesson plans follow the Bible stories in chronological order over a three-year cycle. A young disciple could study through the Scriptures from Genesis to Revelation four times between Kindergarten and graduation.

"Big Picture Questions" introduce foundational concepts of Christianity, much like the catechisms of old.

Fun activities and take-home resources help parents reinforce the Bible lesson and engage young students in active learning during the week.

Grades 3 -5

Lower level of Worship Center, Room S-16
Older kids continue in The Gospel Project discipleship track that they began in Kindergarten. More thought and interaction is involved in each lesson as students learn to apply spiritual principles to daily living.

Through discussion, journaling and prayer, children practice expressing what they know and believe about Christ.

This may be the second time through the entire Bible for some children. It is our prayer that, with this repetition, teachers are able to sow and water seeds that spring up into salvation.

Next Generation:
Middle & High School

Ministry House, upper level
By now, the world has thrown more than a few obstacles in the way of most adolescents. How do they reconcile the big questions that come when life gets difficult?

The Gospel Project for Students stresses one central truth for each weekly lesson - a life application that is rooted in Scripture and points to Christ.

Because our NextGen classes are studying the same Bible passages as their parents, families with teens have something in common to discuss over Saturday dinner or Sunday lunch.

Women's Class

Educational Building upper level, Room E-25
Experience true intergenerational learning as women from all ages gather to study the Scriptures. This group chooses Lifeway's Bible Studies for Life literature because its lessons are Christ-centered, expansive in nature, and transformative.

Discipleship is the lifestyle of walking with God and becoming like Christ in ever-increasing measure for as long as you  journey with Him.  It's also nice to have sisters who care for you and give encouragement when the going gets tough.

Men's Class

Educational Building upper level, Room E-26
Open to men who are single or married, this discipleship group is studying the Bible using The Gospel Project literature by Lifeway.  From Genesis to Revelation, we follow the redemptive plan that unfolds throughout all Scripture.

Whether you're in the Old Testament or New Testament, weekly lessons are all about the Gospel because the Gospel is all about Jesus.

Young Couples

Educational Building upper level, Room E-22
Members of this co-ed class may be of any age group, but they typically have one thing in common: they have at least one child at home who is still under 18.

The Gospel Project is a 36-month, chronological trek through the big story of the Bible - God's plan to rescue His people through His Son, Jesus Christ.

Because our adult and children's classes are studying the same Bible passages, parents now have a built-in topic of discussion for family devotions and dinner conversations.

Median Couples

Educational Building lower level, Fellowship Hall
Members of this co-ed class may be of any age group, but they typically have one thing in common: they have adult children and may or may not be empty nesters. Some couples are raising grandchildren in their homes.

Lessons in The Gospel Project discipleship path are doctrinally sound and mission minded. Every story points to Jesus and encourages true transformation that comes by grace through faith.

Warning: early arrivers will be greeted with hot coffee and breakfast snacks!

Senior Adults

Sanctuary
Our senior adult class meets in the worship center every Sunday morning. ADA parking and ramps make this room accessible to anyone with mobility challenges.

These class members know discipleship takes a lifetime and enjoy studying the Bible Studies for Life curriculum. Every lesson provides a group Bible study experience from curriculum that is prepared by Seminary-trained theologians.

Become more like Jesus every day: that's the goal.

Sunday Morning Drop-in

9:00am-9:25am

Join us in the Fellowship Hall, lower level of the Educational Building, for coffee and continental breakfast.
