Keith Tillman

Lead Pastor

Pastor Keith is married to Victoria, and they have two adult children. He holds a Doctorate degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. In addition to shepherding Bell's Campground Baptist Church in Powell, Keith is an adjunct professor at Carson-Newman University and teaches classes at the Morgan County Correctional Complex in Wartburg, Tennessee. Keith graduated from the University of Memphis and is an avid Tigers fan.

Brent Hodson

Family Ministry Pastor

Pastor Brent is married to Allyson, and they have five children.  Their desire is to equip believers to fulfill their God-given roles and responsibilities. They find joy in mentoring, equipping, and encouraging couples and parents.  Brent and Allyson are Powell natives and want to reach their neighborhood with the Gospel.

Scott West

Worship Pastor

Scott and his wife Heather have three children. Scott began serving in church music departments at age 11. He is an accomplished pianist and sound engineer. Scott has touched many local musicians through his recording studio, Daystar Productions Music Group.

Tim Petree

Director of Church Operations

Tim and his wife Lisa met at Bell's Campground over 20 years ago when they were the only two single adults in their age group. They have a blended family of three adult children and five grandchildren. Tim comes from a media and small business background. He serves part-time in the administrative office at church and is the bcbcpowell.org webmaster.

Debbie Davis

Church Secretary

Debbie Davis and her husband Scott have lived in Powell since 1999 and have been married more than 30 years. They have three children, two adult sons, Aaron and Andrew, who is married to Katie, and daughter in middle school, Mihret. Debbie has spent the last twenty years as homeschooling mom with a few more to go. She is a graduate of Berry College with a Bachelor of Arts in communications. Debbie enjoys baking sweets to share with others and working in her yard. She accepted Christ as her savior when she was 16 and is thankful to come alongside the pastors and leaders of BCBC in serving her church and reaching out to the Powell community.
